Bin Laden is on the list of FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives.

James Earl Ray was convicted and sentenced for the murder of American civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr on ( April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee ). The case is steeped in mystery 50 years later as following his original confession , he later retracted his confession and denied the assassination till his dying day. It is not unusual for a convicted murderer to deny the crime, but what is unusual in this case is the family of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr also believes he was innocent of the crime.
James Earl Ray was what many call a career criminal most of his adult life having been convicted and spent time in prison for burglary, armed robbery and mail fraud, and many believe an ideal patsy for whoever did commit the murder of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
